If you're not one of them (and, I have to admit, I wasn't one of them before about six hours ago), then you might be moderately creeped out by it.

Either way, here's the spoof put together by members of the Kansas women's golf and volleyball teams, involving the names and oversized cardboard heads of five KU basketball players.

It was put together as the two teams' entry into the KU athletic department's sixth annual installment of its talent and variety show — Jayrock 2011 — with skits put on by several of the school's teams.

The volleyball team took home first place in the event, and you've got to give those girls some credit.

It was only a matter of time before the frustrations from this mess of a basketball season at Mississippi State hit the Twitterverse from within the program.

That finally happened, and then the tweets vanished into thin cyber-air.

Well, not completely.

Following the Bulldogs' 75-61 loss at Alabama on Wednesday night, senior guard Ravern Johnson went into rip mode on Twitter, including an apparent dig at coach Rick Stansbury. According to Brad Locke, who covers the team for the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal, Johnson's postgame interview was 'vanilla,' but a tweet that followed shortly after was the complete opposite.

"Starting to see why people Transfer," Johnson wrote, "you can play the minutes but not getting your talents shown because u watching someone else wit the ball the whole game shooters need to move not watch why other coaches get that do not make sense to me."

The tweet was then re-tweeted by controversial freshman forward Renardo Sidney on his Twitter feed.

When it comes to college basketball student sections, Utah State's is about as good as it gets.

Within that noisy cluster of undergrads, no one stands out quite like Bill Sproat, who is better know as Wild Bill.

On Wednesday night, during a second half that saw the 22nd-ranked Aggies throttle visiting Nevada en route to a 67-45 victory, he reached a new level of YouTube lore while helping coax a missed free throw by Wolf Pack guard Malik Story.

Yes, that was "I'm a little teapot" that you heard the USU students around Bill chanting. Yes, Bill aided the cause with some interpretive dance. And, yes, he was dressed as Mrs. Potts from Disney's "Beauty and the Beast." Your eyes and ears are not deceiving you. Watch it again if you must.

But it's nice to see Sproat get the pub from the folks over at ESPN during the telecast — especially considering the trying summer that he had to endure in order to take his spot in the front row this season.

Reginald Buckner proved on Tuesday night that highlights made above the rim go both ways.

Following a 71-69 Ole Miss upset victory over No. 10 Kentucky, there was just as much buzz surrounding the sophomore forward's incredible block of a Brandon Knight dunk attempt as there was stemming from Chris Warren's 25-foot, game-winning trifecta in the closing seconds.

Buckner, whose three blocks per game this season rank third in the SEC, provided what will likely go down as his signature swat for the season with more than six minutes left to play and the Rebels holding a six-point edge.

"I was just praying to God I wasn't going to get dunked on," Buckner told reporters afterwards. "It happened so fast. I hadn't blocked a shot like that since last season."

Added Knight: "Should have tried to lay it up. It was just a big-time play."

Even if UK's standout frosh tried to throw up a floater rather than go for the poster opportunity, the result probably still would have been a rejection.

The latest blow for Indiana might be the toughest one to absorb.

Already without sophomore guard Maurice Creek and junior guard Verdell Jones III, the Hoosiers learned early this week that they'll be without leading scorer and rebounder Christian Watford for the foreseeable future.

Watford suffered a broken left hand on Sunday in an 84-83 overtime loss at Michigan State, and on Tuesday had surgery to repair the damage. No timetable is available yet for the 6-foot-8 sophomore's return.

He's averaging 17 points and 5.8 rebounds this season for the struggling Hoosiers, who are just 11-11 overall and 2-7 in the Big Ten. It's been a difficult year for IU, who after going 5-31 in Big Ten play in the first two years of the Tom Crean Era were expected to finally make a leap.

A massive snowstorm began pummeling a major chunk of the United States on Tuesday afternoon, and it's thrown a wrench into a generous portion of the mid-week college hoops schedule.

It's a short slate on Tuesday night, and so far, only the Baylor-Oklahoma game in Norman has been postponed. The two teams will meet on Wednesday at 2 p.m. local time, instead, with free admission being offered to fans.

Tuesday's re-match between Illinois and Penn State almost fell victim to Mother Nature, too, but the Nittany Lions finally reached Champaign, Ill. They were supposed to land in town on Monday evening, but instead had to circle for a while, then touch down in Evansville, Indiana. The team stayed there overnight, then enjoyed a five-hour bus ride into Champaign on Tuesday afternoon.

Several visiting teams playing on Tuesday might have to stay put an extra day. Getting the worst of it right now appears to be those scheduled to travel out of town for Wednesday games.

One coach who took

Texas thumped Texas A&M for the second time in two weeks on Monday night, and asking the question might now might not be so crazy: Can the Longhorns run the table in the Big 12?

No one has accomplished the feat since Kansas went 16-0 in the 2001-02 season, and Texas now has a strong shot at doing so before the league shrinks to 10 members next year.

Texas is 7-0 in the Big 12, and in the last 13 days — on top of sweeping the Aggies — won in an emotionally-charged atmosphere at Oklahoma State, slowed down and pounded Missouri and ended Kansas's 69-game Allen Fieldhouse win streak.

In other words, the toughest tests the Big 12 has to offer are behind the Longhorns.

The biggest challenges that remain are two games with Baylor, a home date with OSU, a trip to take on upstart Nebraska and a visit from slumping Kansas State. Those are all games they should be favored to win.

Surely, Texas is due to have an off night at some point, and going 16-0 in the Big 12 is no slam dunk. But the

Kansas State basketball was put back on the map by Michael Beasley and Bill Walker, and Wally Judge was expected to be the next guy to carry their torch.

A McDonald's All-American and ranked by Rivals.com as the No. 18 prospect in the 2009 senior crop, Judge headlined a deep recruiting class for coach Frank Martin.

Now, Judge is a college hoops nomad.

Martin announced the sophomore forward's departure from the program at his weekly press conference on Monday afternoon.

"Wally quit the team today," Martin said. "He's not happy. I kinda saw it coming because of some of his emotional situations. he just has not been enjoying it.

"He told me today that he thinks it is time for a change."

This ends what has been truly an up-and-down two-year run for the Washington, D.C., native in the Kansas plains.
