Those watching Barcelona emphatically overcome their tiny slump against Milan on Tuesday night missed a barnstormer of a game in Gelsenkirchen, as Galatasaray turfed the favored Schalke 04 out of the Champions League with a dramatic 3-2 victory (4-3 on aggregate).
Several Galatasaray fans who had made the journey to Germany also missed the game, with demand far exceeding supply for tickets in the away end.
