Bayern Munich celebrated on the pitch at the Camp Nou pitch after finishing off a 7-0 aggregate thumping of Barcelona to advance to the Champions League final and they had an unexpected guest join them as they did. A fan jumped out of the stands and ran to Franck Ribery, embracing the Frenchman as his teammates watched, a bit stunned.

But as soon as they saw Ribery hug the man back, they all crowded around for a big group hug with the pitch invader at the center. When the stewards got through the players and got their hands on the overzealous supporter, they dragged him away to certain doom while Ribery tried to give the man his shirt.

The Portland Timbers played against a team of eight-year-olds on Wednesday and lost 10-9. The match, played in one end of the Timbers' JELD-WEN Field, was organized by the Make-A-Wish Foundation on behalf of Atticus Lane-Dupre, who scored four goals in the match, including the winner. Atticus learned he had cancer last fall when he started to feel pain while playing the game he loves.

Atticus' team, the Green Machine, played against Timbers players like Darlington Nagbe, Will Johnson, Jack Jewsbury and Mikael Silvestre. Atticus had his own locker in the Timbers' dressing room and to make the day even more special, 3,000 Timbers fans showed up to cheer him on and create the fantastic atmosphere that Timbers matches are known for. Bayern Munich beat Barcelona 3-0 in the second leg of their Champions League semifinal to advance to an all-German final with an astonishing 7-0 aggregate score. The only goal Barcelona managed to score in the tie was a Gerard Pique own goal in the 72nd minute, which he drove into the net with an attempt to clear a Franck Ribery cross that went off his knee.

Though Thomas Muller added one more goal just four minutes later, that moment stomped out whatever semblance of morale Barcelona had left. After the match, Pique confirmed just how bad it was and made it clear that Leo Messi watching from the bench didn't change anything. From Football Espana:

“Perhaps this was the worst moment of my career at Barcelona,” he told reporters.

“With or without Lionel Messi, the result would have been the same.”

As abysmal as it was, this result could actually prove beneficial for Barcelona. As I've said before, Barcelona's extreme level of success in recent years caused them to stagnate out of a desire to not change what was working so well. But now it's not working quite as perfectly against all comers anymore and Bayern Munich have made that very clear. This shouldn't mean the end of an era or the changing of the guard. It should just prove to Barcelona that it's time to adapt and modify and continue on.

Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic has now confirmed that he accepted Luis Suarez's apology after the Liverpool striker bit him on the arm during a match last month, resulting in a 10-match ban. But Ivanovic isn't nearly as concerned with any of that as he was with the media coverage of the attack and how he was suddenly one of the most talked about names in the game.

"When it happened I was surprised and angry," the Chelsea defender told the Serbian newspaper Vecernje Novosti. "But after the game I calmed down, and all was forgotten. We spoke on the phone, I accepted the apology, the police did not press charges.

"It was a really strange situation. Overnight I was everywhere because of what happened even though I was only a minor character [in the story]. For the first time in the news everything was about Ivanovic."

At the very end of ITV's interview with Jose Mourinho following Real Madrid's attempt to come back from a 4-1 first-leg deficit against Borussia Dortmund, Mourinho started to open up about where he'll be next season. Speculation has been heavy for months now that Mourinho would return to Chelsea since his time in Madrid has turned sour with infighting and less than absolute support from the fans. And fresh off coming within a goal of advancing to the Champions League final for the first time in his three years with the club, Mourinho admitted his immediate future could very well be elsewhere.

"Maybe next season with Real?" the ITV reporter asked after saying he had to wrap the interview up. "Maybe not," Mourinho replied with a melancholy look. "Where?" he was asked. "I don't know but, I want to be where I love to be, where people love me to be.." But the age old rush to get to the nightly news on time prompted the frazzled reporter to cut Mourinho off just as he was going into his

Milan have released a statement on their official website debunking a salacious quote attributed to Mario Balotelli by news organizations far and wide. Spanish outlets AS and Marca started it all by publishing brief items that claimed the Milan striker said, "If Real Madrid comes back against Borussia Dortmund and make it to the final of the Champions League, I will let my girlfriend sleep with all the players." Neither said who he told this to or why it should be believed to be true. And yet, that didn't stop major outlets all over the world from parroting the story and gleefully jumping on the pageview gravy train.

So, the day of Real Madrid's attempt to come back from 4-1 down to Dortmund in the second leg of their Champions League semifinal, Milan confirmed that the quote was false.

Apparently feeling quite confident with Bayern Munich's 4-0 lead over Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund's 4-1 lead on Real Madrid after the first legs of the Champions League semifinals, Sky Sports Germany quite literally sticks it to Spain in their new ad.

The video opens with an empty bull fighting arena. The bull fighter enters and before we can see more than his feet, we hear his wails of pain. He is then revealed to be a fat, disheveled and mustachioed old man with Bayern and Dortmund flags planted in his rear end. The video ends with the words "Adios amigos! The way to Wembley."

If the results themselves don't make bull-fighting aficionado Sergio Ramos sad, this ad will.
